We offer some of the world’s finest, fully guided Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock hunting, coursing tight lake states grouse covers with experienced English Setters, bred here at our kennel. Northern Wisconsin is blessed with many square miles of public land forest, regularly harvested to create young habitat. Each year we spend our “off” days scouting new covers to make sure each hunter experiences a high number of bird contacts.
What’s included in a full one-day hunt:
All meals, including lunch and beverages during the hunt
One night’s lodging at a premier Northern Wisconsin resort with world-class angling nearby
Guide with experienced dogs
Transportation to and from the field
Bird Cleaning
What you need to bring:
Shotgun and ammo - shot size 7-8
Blaze orange hat and vest/jacket
Wisconsin small game hunting license with HIP certification
Rubber, knee-high boots or other waterproof boot
Layered clothing, appropriate for the weather
Maximum 2 guns per guide. Pick up and drop off at regional airports may be available for an additional fee. Please call to inquire about our full or half-day hunts without meals and lodging at reduced rates. If you have your own young dog that you’d like to get into a ton of wild birds, our half-day hunt without lodging is a great option.
